DESCRIPTION
Cylindrical piece of meat located next to the spine and under the ribs. Its texture and softness make this product a real luxury for the palate adding flavours provided by the paprika and a soft touch of garlic in its marinade. It comes from our own 100% Iberian pigs selected from birth, reared in freedom and with an exquisite diet prepared on our farms and pastures based on natural cereals, acorns, as well as grasses, tubers and roots.
TASTING NOTE
Very well known and commercialized in its cured format, so when fresh it is a product with great taste, texture, finesse and excellent palate. Its flavor is the union of the presence of paprika, with a soft touch of garlic, providing a long and pleasant aftertaste.
It is recommended that it be prepared on the grill.
