Cured and fine sausage, similar to the salchichón but with some variation in the spices added and the curing process, easy to cut thanks to its elongated shape. Made from minced meat with salt and spices. Kneaded and stuffed in natural casing that has undergone a curing-ripening process.
Fuet fino y curado, similar al salchichón pero con variación en su curación y especiado, fácil de cortar gracias a su forma alargada. Hecho a partir de carne picada con sal y especias, que se amasa y se emplea para rellenar una tripa natural que ha sido sometida a un proceso de maduración.
