Raw sugar is the least refined variant of sugars in the market and hence also the healthiest.
Process: Organically cultivated sugarcane is crushed to produce juice, which is boiled to form a thick viscous dark brown paste. This paste is then allowed to settle over a couple of days during which a natural crystallization process begins and sugar crystals start to form. These crystals are separated from the uncrystallized syrup in a centrifuge giving brown coloured raw sugar crystals,
This product is cultivated organically. It is processed according to current GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 norms and organic processing regulations.
