This sake is brewed with Fukui yeast (FK-801C), developed at a laboratory in Fukui Prefecture. Made with rice "Gohyakuman-goku" from Obama and the subterranean water of the Minami River that flows through Obama.
It has a slightly fruity aroma, with a sweet and softly-smooth taste.
