Scomber colias or japonicus
Blue fish, high in protein and vitamins, low in fats and carbohydrates. It contains unsaturated fatty acids like Omega-3, which may help prevent cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Olive oil used as a covering liquid provides oleic acid. The two combined produce very healthy and nutritious food.
Mackerel fillets are grayish-white in color, firm in texture, with the taste and aroma of bluefish.

This means that they are subject to the guidelines of strict rules and regulations that rigorously monitor not only the raw material (Scomber Japonicus and Scomber Colias), but also the manufacturing process.
