La chistorra es sin duda alguna, uno de los iconos gastronómicos navarros por excelencia. Apreciada por su agradable sabor y aroma, está elaborada con carne de cerdo, pimentón, sal y ajo, sin ningún tipo de colorante ni conservante.
A la brasa o frita, es idónea para degustarla en el aperitivo. Es el producto estrella de Embutidos Hortanco, prueba de ello son los reconocimientos conseguidos en 2010, 2016 y 2018 con el Tercer Premio y en 2012 y 2014 con el PRIMER premio del Concurso Navarro de Chistorra.

The chistorra is definitely of the gastronomic icons of Navarre. Greatly valued for its pleasant flavor and aroma, it is made with pork, paprika, salt and garlic, without any colouring or preservative.
