TASTING NOTES
Color: an attractive cherry red wine with a ruby rim.
Aromas: complex and fruity, highlighting ripe red fruit and floral and spicy notes.
Palate: very round entry with notes of ripe fruit. It is structured but with sweet and ripe tannins and a final acidity that balances the sweetness of ripe fruit with freshness, resulting in a persistent and balanced wine.
FOOD PAIRING AND SERVICE
It is the ideal companion for all types of stews, meats and medium cured cheeses. It goes well with blue fish and fish in sauce.
Recommended serving temperature: 14-16 °C.
