Color: bright golden yellow.
Aromas: typical Moscatel aromas, very aromatic, with notes of ripe fruit and hints of citrus zest, combined with floral notes and a slight herbaceous background.
Palate: sweet and fresh. Very good balance between acidity and sugar. Very persistent.
FOOD PAIRING: It goes very well with foie and pâté and also with different types of fruit-based desserts, dried fruit tarts and crème pâtissière. It is a perfect contrast to aged cheese.
