The wine is a selected blend of Viura and Chardonnay from our vineyards located on clay and limestone soils in Olite (Viura) and on stony soils on sunny slopes in the Ribera de Navarra (Chardonnay), where they ripen under the Spanish sun that favors the growth of the highest quality grapes. After a short maceration in press, fermentation of the separated grape varieties takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 10º and 15º. Once fermentation is complete, the coupage is carried out to obtain a fresh and aromatic wine.

This wine has a bright straw color. Clean and natural, like the original grapes, with citrus notes.
Fruity, fresh, tasty, with good acidity.
Recommended serving temperature: 8ºC-10ºC.
