The grapes are fermented and macerated separately in stainless steel vats. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of between 26 and 28ºC and a maceration of about 12 hours. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is finished, the different wines are blended to obtain a perfect blend of the three varieties.
Tasting notes:
Attractive cherry red color with ruby hues.
Intense and very fruity aroma with a predominance of ripe blackberries.
Fleshy, tasty and fruity. Its wide range of aromas and good structure in the mouth make it pleasant for any occasion.
Recommended serving temperature: 14ºC-16ºC.
Serving suggestions: Meat, fish in sauce. Cold meats and cheeses. Perfect with tapas and/or barbecue.
