The wine has been made exclusively from a selected blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnacha grapes from our own vineyards in dry land areas of Olite. The ripening of the grapes is controlled and the harvest begins once the maximum balance between the components of the grapes has been reached. Once the free-run juice is separated by the "saignée" process, it is racked and fermented at controlled temperatures of 15 to 18 ºC.
Tasting notes:
Intense and bright strawberry color.
Intense aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberries and raspberries), with some floral notes. Clean aromas dominated by ripe fruit.
The palate is balanced, with a friendly entry and a smooth and fresh passage.
Recommended drinking temperature: 8ºC-10ºC.
