This wine has been made from a careful selection of Viura and Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards of Bodegas Piedemonte from which these grapes are obtained are located in dry land areas of Olite. Their ripening control allows the grapes to be harvested when their components reach maximum balance and their sanitary condition is optimal. After a short maceration in press, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 10º and 15ºC. Thus we obtain a fresh wine with great aromatic potential.
TASTING NOTES
Wine with a bright straw yellow color and hints of pearl.
It gives off a typical varietal aroma with a hint of white flowers on a fruity background.
On the palate the fruit stands out with a slight touch of acidity that makes it a fresh and pleasant wine.
It is a wine that perfectly accompanies a barbecue or cheese and sausage tapas. Great with salads, rice dishes, sushi, mussels. Do not be afraid to try it with white meats such as rabbit, chicken or turkey.
